How to organize a music bingo in 4 steps
- Organizing a music bingo is simple. You can play music bingo at a specific location or online via, for example, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- When ordering a music bingo, you first indicate the number of players. You then have the option to choose between bingo cards that you can print yourself or you can choose for digital bingo cards which can be opened on your smartphone. After completing your order, you will receive a Spotify playlist containing all the songs of your bingo.
- Did you indicate that you wanted to print the bingo cards? In that case, you will receive a PDF containing bingo cards that you can print yourself. Did you choose to have digital bingo cards? In that case, you will receive a link and an access code, allowing each player to can claim their own unique digital bingo card. The digital bingo cards can easily be opened on a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
- Is everybody ready? Then it's now time to play the Spotify playlist and start the music bingo! It is up to the participants to recognize the songs that are being played and to tick them off their bingo cards. Does a participant have a full row? Bingo! Eventually, you continue playing until the first person has a completely full bingo card.
- How long does a music bingo last?

A small music bingo contains 48 songs; a big music bingo has 75 songs. A small music bingo takes at least 45 minutes. A big music bingo approximately 1 hour. You determine the pace yourself.
- What do I need to organise a music bingo?

All you need is a Spotify account and of course, a way to play the sound. This can be done via a sound system or digitally, for example during a Teams of Zoom meeting.
- Can I print out the bingo cards?

Yes, that is possible! When ordering a music bingo you can choose to receive your bingo cards in a PDF. You can then print these bingo cards yourself.
- How can I open a digital music bingo card?

After ordering a music bingo you will receive a unique link and access code. You can open this link on your phone, tablet or computer. Enter the access code and claim your bingo card.
- How often can I play the music bingo?

After ordering, the music bingo will be valid for one month. So you can play the music bingo more often, but after the first time, there are no more surprises.
