How many songs do you need for music bingo?

That depends on the card. A 4x4 card plays with 48 songs, a 5x5 card with 75 and a 3x3 card with 27. The playlist comes ready-made with your order.

How long does a game of music bingo take?

About 45 minutes with a 4x4 card and a little over an hour with a 5x5 card. With a welcome and handing out prizes, plan for 1 to 1.5 hours. See how fast someone calls bingo.

How much does music bingo cost?

A music bingo costs from $20.95. You choose how many cards you need.

Do I need Spotify Premium?

No. A free Spotify account works too. Premium only removes the ads between the songs.

How many people can play music bingo?

As many as you like. You choose how many unique cards you need at checkout. Find the bingo card that suits your group.

Can I host music bingo in a bar or at an event?

Yes. All you need is a speaker and the cards. Playing music in public, for example in a bar or restaurant, needs a public performance license. Read how to host music bingo at a venue.

Can I play music bingo online?

Yes. Choose digital cards and share your sound in a video call. Here is how it works in Microsoft Teams and in Zoom.

How many times can I play my music bingo?

You can play printed cards as often as you like, at your next party too. Digital cards work for a month through the same link.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Subscription prices exclude applicable taxes. You receive an invoice in your company’s name.

How fast do we get the design?

Your draft design lands in your inbox within 1 business day. Want something changed? We’ll adjust it. You get the final bingo cards once you’re happy with the design.

What logo file format do you need?

Preferably an SVG, PDF or EPS. A sharp PNG with a transparent background works too. Send what you have and we will see what gives the best result.

Can we use a design from our own designer?

Yes. Send us your designer’s artwork and we’ll turn it into your bingo cards. Good to know: the cards are A4, portrait orientation.

Can you control when someone gets bingo?

No, and that is exactly what makes it fair. Every card is unique and gets random songs, and you play the playlist on shuffle. That way every player has exactly the same chance and nobody knows in advance who will win, not even us. What you do know is roughly when the bingos will come. You can see that above. And as the host you set the pace: how long you let a clip play and when you move on to the next song.

Can someone get bingo after just a few songs?

That is very rare. With 4×4, 50 players, the chance of a full row within 4 songs is less than 1%. The first full row usually comes after 13 songs. Want the first round to last longer? Let the clips play longer, or pick a bigger card.

Does the winner of round 1 have a head start in the next rounds?

A little, because that card already has one full row. Even so, someone else usually wins. With 4×4, 50 players, the card that wins round 1 also wins round 2 in 16 in 100 games. In the other 84, someone else wins. A random other card wins round 2 in 2 in 100 games. For the full card it is 6 in 100, versus 3 in 100 for a random other card. Want more people to win a prize? Then agree that anyone who already has a prize cannot win again.

What if two people have bingo at the same time?

Whoever calls bingo first wins. That is the person who recognized the song fastest and marked it off first. Mention this when you explain the rules, so it is clear to everyone. It happens more often than you think. With 4×4, 50 players, the chance that two or more players get bingo on the same song is 13% for the first row and 22% for the full card. Toward the end, many cards are one song short of full, which is why it happens most often with the full card.

We want several winners per round. Is that possible?

Yes. Keep playing a round until there are enough winners, or also give a prize to the second and third bingo. With 4×4, 50 players, for one row the 3rd bingo usually comes after 18 songs and the 5th after 20. For two rows that is after 29 and 31 songs, for the full card after 42 and 43. Other ideas: a prize for the first bingo at every table, or an extra round in between, for example for the four corners or a vertical row.

Which bingo card suits our group?

4×4 (48 songs) is the standard and suits almost any group, even hundreds of players. 5×5 (75 songs) is for a longer evening. The rounds take longer, even with a large group. 3×3 (27 songs) is for a short evening. A row has only 3 squares, so the bingos fall faster.

We have more cards than players. Does that matter?

No. Only the cards that are actually in play count. Choose the number of players above, not the number of cards you had made. Cards that stay in the box do not change the odds.

Are the bingos spread out across the room or across locations?

Yes, as spread out as the cards are. Every card has the same chance, so a table or location with more players has proportionally more chance of a winner. Nobody can decide in advance where the bingo will happen.

Does the playlist have to be on shuffle?

Yes. Play the Spotify playlist in regular shuffle mode, so the songs come in a random order. All the figures on this page are based on that. Do not use Smart Shuffle. It adds songs that are not in the playlist and not on the cards.

How do I check a bingo?

Keep the checklist handy and check off every song as soon as it has been played. When someone calls bingo, compare the songs in the row on the card with your checklist. If they have all been played, the bingo is valid.

Which logo file format do you need?

Preferably an SVG, PDF or EPS. A sharp PNG with a transparent background works too. Send what you have and we will figure out what works best.

Can you use our own colors and typeface?

Yes. Send us your brand colors, preferably as HEX codes, and tell us which typeface you use. If that typeface is not free to use, we pick one that comes as close as possible.

How fast do we get the design, and can we still make changes?

Your draft design is in your inbox within 1 business day. Something not quite right? We will adjust it. Only when you are happy do you receive the final bingo cards.

Can we use a design by our own designer?

Yes. Send us your designer's artwork and we will turn it into your bingo cards. Good to know: the cards are A4 in portrait format.

How many players can join?

There is no limit. You choose how many unique bingo cards you need at checkout, from a handful for a house party to several hundred for a corporate event. Every card is different, but two players can still call bingo on the same song: the first to call wins, and here is how often that happens. Find out which bingo card size fits your group.

How long does a music bingo game last?

A 48-song game takes about 45 minutes. A 75-song game takes a little over an hour. Most hosts play three rounds within that time: first one horizontal line, then two lines, then a full card. Work out how long your evening will take.

What exactly do I get when I buy a music bingo game?

You get three things, delivered by email within five minutes: a ready-made Spotify playlist with every song in the game, your bingo cards as printable PDFs or digital cards with a unique link and access code per player, and a short how-to guide for hosting.

Music bingo, also called singo, is bingo with songs instead of numbers. Each player gets a card filled with song titles. The host plays short clips from a playlist and players mark off the songs they recognize. The first to complete a line, two lines or the whole card wins.

Do I need a Spotify Premium account?

No. Any free Spotify account works. Premium removes the ads between songs, which most hosts prefer for a smoother game, but it is not required to play.

Can I print the bingo cards myself?

Yes. Choose PDF cards at checkout and you get a print-ready file. Print at home, at the office or at a copy shop. US Letter and A4 paper both work, and the cards are designed to stay readable in black and white.

What are the best office party games for large groups?

Music bingo, team trivia, picture quizzes and office bingo work well for large groups because people can play in teams rather than one at a time. Choose an activity with clear rules, a visible score and short rounds. That keeps the room involved without making every person perform.

What are good office party games for remote teams?

Good remote options include music bingo, picture quizzes, team trivia, Pictionary and “would you rather?” questions. Use a video call, screen sharing and a shared answer form where needed. Keep rounds short, explain the rules in the chat and make sure remote colleagues can participate on equal terms.

How do you make office party games less awkward?

Choose games that let people participate in teams or from their seat. Avoid personal questions, forced performances and activities that single out one colleague for too long. Start with a simple round, make clear that joining in is optional and give people useful roles such as scorekeeper or host.

What are quick office party games for a work event?

For a quick activity, try name that tune, two truths and a lie, a picture quiz, “would you rather?” or a short round of office bingo. These games need little equipment and can be finished in ten to fifteen minutes. They are useful before dinner, during a break or between presentations.

Can music bingo work for a company party?

Yes, music bingo works well for a company party because players can take part in teams and recognize songs together. You can use a ready-made playlist for a quick setup or create a custom version around your team, company history or event theme. It works in person and online.

How long does a Singo game night last?

A typical two-to-three round session takes 60 to 90 minutes including setup, breaks, and prize-giving. A single round takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Do I need to be a DJ to host Singo?

Not at all. A phone, Spotify, and a Bluetooth speaker are all you need for groups up to 30 people. For larger venues, a PA system is recommended but no DJ skills are needed.

What if players dispute a song?

Have a quick rule in place before the game starts: the host's decision is final. If you want to be fair, offer to replay the song once for disputed calls.

Can I charge guests to play Singo?

Yes. Singo works well as a ticketed event. Charge per player or per card. Selling multiple cards per player increases revenue and player engagement simultaneously.

Can Singo be played online?

Yes. Distribute card PDFs before the call, share your screen or audio on Zoom or Teams, and play normally. Digital Singo has been popular since 2020 and works smoothly with a basic setup.

What's the minimum number of players?

Singo works with as few as four players, though it gets more fun and competitive with 10 or more.

What are good booster club fundraiser ideas for a school team?

Good ideas give supporters a clear reason to attend and make the fundraising goal easy to understand. A music bingo night can combine entry tickets with optional extra cards, refreshments, donated prizes and local sponsorships. Choose the options your volunteers can run reliably and connect every activity to one specific team or program goal.

How can a booster club use music bingo to raise money?

Use entry tickets as the main source of income and include a bingo card with admission. You can then offer optional extra cards, refreshments, raffle tickets and sponsor-supported prizes. Keep the payment process clear and record income and costs according to your booster club’s own financial procedures.

What music should we choose for a booster club bingo night?

Choose music for the supporters who will attend. A broad mix works well for parents, students and coaches, while a band, cheer or activity fundraiser can use themes connected to that program. Several shorter themed rounds help different age groups recognize songs during the evening.

How do you find sponsors for a booster club fundraiser?

Ask local businesses for one specific contribution, such as a prize, refreshments, printing or sponsorship of a round. Explain what the booster club is supporting and how you will thank the business. Keep the request short, follow school policies and record every donation clearly.

Can students help run a booster club music bingo fundraiser?

Yes. Students can help with setup, welcoming guests, handing out cards, checking tables and sharing approved promotion. Give each student a defined task and an adult supervisor. The host, money handling and policy decisions should stay with the responsible adults in the booster club.

Is Singo the same as music bingo?

Yes. Singo and music bingo refer to the same game. "Singo" is the branded name popularized in the US, while "music bingo" is the more common generic term used internationally. They work identically.

Do you need special equipment to play Singo?

No. You need a speaker, a device to play music from (phone, laptop, or tablet), a set of Singo cards, and something to mark the cards with (pens, chips, or tokens). That's all.

How long does a Singo game last?

A single round typically takes 15 to 25 minutes, depending on how quickly songs are recognized. Most events run two to four rounds back to back, making a full game night around 60 to 90 minutes.
